حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهُ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏

English translation

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not swear by your fathers
